Target: AI training, evaluation & expert-data roles — executive judgement, agent evaluation, rubric design
Profile
Bootstrapped founder and 30-year operations executive who now runs multi-agent AI workflows daily. Founded and grew a national logistics training provider from £600k to £3M+ turnover over 16 years; before that, Group Operations Director with P&L ownership of a 150+ vehicle HGV fleet across five depots, including leading the acquisition, due diligence and integration of a £5M-turnover company. Currently Managing Director (non-clinical) of a CQC-registered private clinic whose booking, CRM, reporting and marketing infrastructure I designed and operate myself using agentic AI — so I can both make executive decisions and articulate exactly how they decompose into steps, constraints and tradeoffs.
Why I'm useful to AI training projects
- Executive decision datasets: three decades of real resource-allocation, pricing, capacity, crisis and M&A decisions in a low-margin, safety-critical industry — with numbers attached (17% cost reduction through utilisation; £6M/yr client savings on the Marks & Spencer account; new depot to 95% utilisation in six months).
- Agent evaluation: I build and run multi-agent Claude Code pipelines (MCP tooling, orchestration, structured outputs) for real business operations daily, and have shipped dozens of deployed web products. I know where agents break on multi-step real-world workflows because I watch it happen every day.
- Rubric-quality writing: 16 years designing accredited training and assessment materials (OCR, EDI, ITSSAR, JAUPT, DSA accredited provision; A1 assessor and V1 internal verifier awards) — professionally qualified at writing evaluation criteria and judging work against them.
- Domain breadth for task design: logistics and fleet operations, regulated healthcare operations (CQC), government-funded training and skills funding, B2B sales and tendering, small-business finance and compliance.
